Real Men Looking to the Real Jesus for Real Change

We believe that God never intended for men to travel the journey of life alone, but rather with a “Band of Brothers.” The goal of our men’s ministry is to glorify Christ by calling men to authentic brotherhood, characterized by men who:
• BELIEVE the truths of the Gospel at a heart level,
• SHARE their lives with one another, and
• LEAD as they follow Christ.
You can get to know other men of Hope at worship on a Sunday, in a community group, or in one of our events or retreats. Below is information about events specifically for men.

“Spiritual manhood involves the courage to keep on moving – in the middle of overwhelming confusion – toward relationships. It has little to do with figuring out exactly what works and then doing it.”

Annual Men’s Pig Pickin’

Men, make plans to join us on March 24th (11am – 4pm) for our annual Men’s Pig Pickin’. This is one of our favorite events of the year, as we get together to eat great food, play corn hole, shoot skeet, and hang out with other guys from Hope. We are excited again this year to have the event at the Hall Family Farm in York, SC. $12 Covers all the BBQ you can eat, along with sides and dessert. Bring your own chair and beer. Invite your friends, neighbors, and co-workers.  If you have questions, contact Aaron Ingle (aaroningle@hopecommunity.com).

2018 Men’s Retreat

Guys, come and join us on April 20th-22nd in Montreat, NC for our annual men’s retreat. This weekend provides us with the opportunity to get away from the busyness of our everyday lives in order to create space for worship and community with one another. Year after year, the retreat is an amazing blend of spiritual depth and ridiculous fun. We expect this year to be no different. So wherever you are in your time at Hope, please make plans to be with us on this great weekend. Invite your friends, neighbors, and co-workers to come as well. If you have questions, contact Aaron Ingle (aaroningle@hopecommunity.com).
