Care for the Gaylords

Todd and Sydney have touched many lives in many different circles in Charlotte, Raleigh, and elsewhere.  Hope has created this page as a resource to bring together people who care about the Gaylords and to consolidate our efforts to provide care for them.  If you have any questions or suggestions about ways to care for the Gaylords please contact pastor Matt Guzi.

Become part of the Gaylords' Care Team at LotsaHelpingHands.  A calendar of needs is being organized and maintained through this site by Anne Sorrells.  We will also use this site as the general email list for notifying people about needs that arise, prayer meetings, etc.

Donate to Hope's benevolence fund*.  We have also established a benevolence fund to help care for the Gaylords.   Several people have organized having their former cleaning lady come to the Gaylord's house every other week.  If anyone would like to give towards that, this fund will be used to help pay her as well as offset other expenses and medical bills. 

*In order to comply with IRS requirements for tax-deductible contributions, all designations to this fund will be treated as suggestions and shall be deemed advisory rather than mandatory in nature. The administration of the fund, including all disbursements, is subject to the exclusive control and discretion of Hope Community Church. (For a copy of Hope's Benevolence Fund Policy, please contact heatherspreen@hopecommunity.com). Having said that, our intent is to use all of the monies contributed to this fund in assisting the Gaylords.
