The Mission of Hope:

Real People Looking to the Real Jesus for Real Change

The #hopemen2015 retreat has begun. Tim Melton kicked it off by telling us he still doesn't know how he's a pastor. Good word on shame and anger, and we are looking forward to hearing more. Only a week left to get the $120 rate for the men's retreat. We want you there, so head to bit.do/mensretreat to sign up!
@hopeclt_youth are on their way to Cedar Grove Retreat in Kannapolis where they will spend the weekend with other area PCA church youth ministries! Please keep our youth and leaders in your prayers! We look forward to worshipping with you tomorrow as we celebrate Commitment Sunday of our Creating Space Initiative!
We will be hosting a seminar on Wednesday at Reformed Theological Seminary from 12-12:50pm. Our friend, Amjad Mahand, will be speaking on the topic "What the Heck is Going on in the Middle East?" Pizza will be provided. Please join us! RTS is located at the corner of Carmel and Sharon View. For those of you who were unable to worship with us this past Sunday, we unveiled our Creating Space video (link in profile). In anticipation of Commitment Sunday this weekend, please spend this week praying about how God would you have be a part of this exciting and significant move in the life of our church. For more information on Creating space, please visit our website www.creatingspaceforhope.org.
"The Lord's working at Hope and the reason I want to bring people into that is because it's safe and it's not cookie-cutter. You can be who you are and it's okay..." - JD Brooks (watch JD's full testimony using link in profile) Thanks to Grant, Forrest, Eric, Jeff, Jason, and everyone who pitched in to help continue this fun and tasty tradition. #pigpickin2015
