Community Group Leaders, Coaches, and Potential Leaders – thank you for serving our church and the people of our church by leading and shepherding them in a Community Group setting. We’ve provided some resources below that your group can go through together each year to hopefully make this a bit easier for you. Please don’t ever hesitate to reach out to your coach, Sid, Jen, Laura, Stephanie, Eric, or Alex if you have any questions or if there is anything you need. We’re so thankful for you!
Becoming a Community Group Leader
To help discern your calling to be a Community Group leader, or if you’d like to recommend someone else to be a leader, please take the time to sit with and fill out the appropriate form below.

Year One
We recommend planning socials and time to get to know each other, as well as eventually using the Sermon Discussion notes, which a Community Group staff person will email you each week.

Thank you for serving so faithfully for the last three years! As your group comes to an end, we’d love for you to take some time to fill out the following form to let us know thoughts, feedback, and your group’s plans for multiplication. We’d also love for you to spend some time with this guide, discerning if you need a sabbatical season from leading or if you’re feeling energized to lead again next year.
