Allison Eckley

OP Women's Ministry Coordinator

Allison Eckley, OP Women’s Ministry Coordinator

Allison comes from a big, beautiful, blended family in Winston-Salem, NC. She attended East Carolina University and spent her early professional years following a communications career to various cities including Washington, D.C., New York City, and ultimately, Raleigh, where she met her Clemson Tiger husband, Brad. They have been married for thirteen years, with the last seven in Charlotte, where they’re now raising three children – Davis (9), Haynes (7), and Emma (4) – in the Mountainbrook neighborhood of SouthPark.

Her passion for connecting women of all ages and stages began in her twenties, when she formed industry networking groups for women and developed deep mentoring-friendships in and outside of her church community, with many beloved “second moms” in her life. Following years of a full-time career, God began nudging her to pursue that work inside his church in 2024, when she unexpectedly left her corporate job and began investing more energy into Hope’s women’s ministry events and the many enriching relationships that extra time with Hope women yielded.

Allison’s hope and prayer in the OP Women’s Ministry Coordinator role is that she can be seen as a resource and a welcome for every woman who walks in the door at OP! Outside of Hope, Allison can be found on the Carmel Middle baseball field with her two boys playing little league – and daughter usually kicking up the dirt on her scooter (while wearing a tutu). Her favorite night is spent at home with Brad, their sweet Golden Retriever, Millie, a great meal, and always, lots of good music playing in the house. She’d love to meet up for a walk, coffee, or playground date any time!
