Brently Smith, OP Women’s Shepherd

Brently has been at Hope since 2018 when she moved to Charlotte for her husband, Trip, to attend RTS. She is from Richmond and received her masters in education from James Madison University. She taught for 8 years but now spends her time hanging out with her two boys Charlie and Keller. The ministries of Young Life and Camp Willow Run and more specifically the way God used his people to love her in her brokenness and through seasons of suffering have had a deep impact on her faith. You can usually find her inhaling coffee, playground hopping, going on walks and trying to keep flowers alive – preferably all with friends.
