Lou is proud to call North Carolina home! She was born and raised in Greensboro, but has called Charlotte home for over 35 years.

She is the proud mother of three grown children and the adoring grandmother of eight wonderful grandchildren. Family is at the heart of everything Lou does and her favorite moments are those spent with her children, grandchildren, and her amazing 97-year-old mother. 

Lou joined Hope in 2023 and considers it a true blessing to work alongside people who genuinely care for one another. Every day she is inspired by the way the Hope community lives out its mission – loving God and loving people.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading, gardening,  traveling to the NC mountains and the NC/SC coast, and cheering on her favorite sports teams (Go Heels!).
