Position Summary
The Director of Finance will be responsible for leading the Finance function, including all budgeting,
forecasting, financial management, accounting and financial reporting, and compliance activities.

Reports To
The Director of Finance will report to the Director of Operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Director of Finance will supervise one (1) direct report (i.e., Accountant/Bookkeeper).
Position Type, Expected Hours, and Work Environment
The Director of Finance will work full-time, Monday through Friday, in the church offices.
Required Education and Experience
Minimum ten (10) years of progressive experience in a finance or accounting role, which includes a proven track record of successful financial leadership.
